From paste depositing to packaged, ready-to-sell devices — under one roof at Risseweg 3, Weert. Three SMT lines, a fully-equipped THT and C&W department, and a finishing workshop for testing, programming and final assembly.

01 · Surface Mount

SMT Assembly

Three production lines — a small line dedicated to prototypes and small series, a two high-capacity lines with a combined throughput of approximately 160,000 components per hour. Hanwha Decan L1, SM482plus and Decan S1 pick & place, Viscom S3088 3D AOI inspection, Nikon XTV160 X-Ray machine.

THT, Cable & Wire

A highly experienced team handles the entire process, from pre-forming components to the final soldering. To this end, we have a Soltec Delta Wave, two Pillarhouse Jade MK2 selective soldering systems and JBC hand soldering equipment, supplemented by Komax Kappa cable cutting machines and GLW crimping equipment.

Programming, Testing & Final Assembly

PCB washing, conformal coating, laser engraving, testing, and software programming, followed by final assembly into boxes and enclosures of various sizes and formats, resulting in complete, ready-to-sell products.
