— APPROACH / 01
How we work
No surprises, no black boxes. From first email to repeat order, every step is documented, owned by a named person, and visible to you.
— ONBOARDING / 02
From initial contact to first order
01
First contact
You reach out via email, phone or our contact form. Within two business days, an engineer or account manager replies — not a sales bot.
02
Discovery call
A short conversation to understand the product, volumes, regulatory context and timing. We talk about whether we're the right fit before anything else.
03
BOM & files review
We review your BOM, Gerbers, drawings and any test specifications. Where helpful, we feed back DfM observations before quoting.
04
Quotation
A clear quote — No hidden line items.
05
First article build
Depending on the project, we produce a prototype or an initial batch. The first printed circuit board is inspected by our quality control department and you will receive a production report.
06
Series & repeat orders
Once you're happy, the program moves to scheduled series production with forecast-driven inventory and tight lead time control.
— ORDER PROCESS / 03
Built on a single, automated backbone
A fully automated order processing chain links sales, production and purchasing — and the warehouse to the work order. The result: tight lead times, low stock-outs, and a clear audit trail.
01
Automated order processing
Sales, production and purchasing run on a single, fully automated process. Every order generates the same chain of work orders, kit lists and test instructions — every time.
02
Purchasing & supplier management
We hold approved vendor lists for every BOM. Purchasing is forecast driven so material arrives ahead of build, not on the day.
03
Inventory management
Tight management of parts in the warehouse, work in progress, and material on the way from suppliers. We do this just as well for components customers supply (consignment stock).
04
Quality & traceability
Every assembly runs the same audited process to IPC-A-610 standards. Records are kept on file for procurement, regulatory and your end customer.
