At EPAC, we continuously invest in improving our operations. The most important thing we have in house for this purpose is our people. We make sure that our employees are always well trained in the latest techniques and that they can continuously develop professionally and personally.
That is why a group of four of our specialists recently followed training courses on our work floor, which Frank Klokgieters of Theoriecentrum Roermond provided. Some of them followed the basic course in soldering and others specialized themselves according to the IPC-7711/7721 standard in removing and replacing electrical components and repairing circuits on SMD and conventional PCBs. Afterwards, we were able to congratulate all of our employees on obtaining their certificates, making them Certified IPC Specialists.
