PCB washing and cleaning
Where clients require it, assembled boards are cleaned after soldering to remove flux residues and contamination. Clean boards improve long-term reliability and are often required for conformal coating adhesion.

Conformal coating
Conformal coating protects assemblies against moisture, dust, chemicals and temperature extremes. We apply coating to client specification — covering defined areas while masking connectors, test points and other surfaces that must remain uncoated.

Functional testing
Functional testing is carried out using specialized equipment. We can also work with customer-supplied test fixtures or software. Every tested unit is logged, and test results are available as part of the delivery documentation.

Programming
Firmware and software programming is performed using either our MG-02 adapter or the customer's own programming environment and tools. We support a range of microcontroller families and can program at scale as part of the production flow.

Final assembly
Tested and programmed boards are built into their final enclosures in our finishing workshop. We assemble different sizes and forms of boxes and cases — from simple DIN-rail housings to multi-board enclosures with labelling, laser engraving and accessories. What ships from EPAC is a ready-to-sell or ready-to-install product.
